    Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc., of Livermore, California, introduced the Paradigm-G3 GPS chip, featuring Universal Signal Tracking of GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo satellites. Topcon developed the chip to provide access to the 30 planned Galileo satellites and to the modernized GPS constellation.
