    Nephrolife install GPS in ambulances to save time, lives with faster access to care

    NephroLife Care, a Bangalore based company and funded by ROI Capital Advisors, has now installed the GPS vehicle tracking system in all its ambulances. The GPS tracker allows the dedicated nephro-care centre to monitor vehicles within one metre radius through satellite imaging.

    Better Weather Prediction Using GPS

    A team of Swiss researchers is using data from a network of GPS receivers and the technique of tomography to obtain profiles of how moisture is distributed with height, which might lead to better weather forecasts.
