  • LG Etna Android smartphone spotted

    Monday, September 7th, 2009

Nothing like a mysterious new Android smartphone to cheer up Labor Day, and today’s fresh faced young marvel is the LG Etna.   Caught on camera last week by German site Chip Online, the Etna was caught at a Vodafone stand and packs a 3-inch touchscreen and full QWERTY keyboard. There’s also a 5-megapixel camera, Bluetooth and USB connectivity, but beyond that the Etna is a mystery.  We’d be very surprised should it turn out not to have WiFi b/g, 3G HSPA and GPS, and we don’t think a digit

    Tuesday, February 17th, 2009

We still don’t know whether to call it the Sidekick 2009 or the Sidekick Blade, but either way, T-Mobile’s upcoming hiptop has finally been caught on camera, looking just as it did in a survey from last month and later via render . Unfortunately, we can’t glean any specs from the image, but the aforementioned questionnaire listed 3G, a 3.2-inch WVGA display, 3.2 megapixel camera, microSD card slot, and GPS with turn-by-turn navigation. Alright, Danger, you’ve made us believers — now give u

Black and silver / red versions of E71 caught on camera

    Thursday, December 11th, 2008

Well lookie here. Taking a page out of its own N95 book, Nokia appears to be mixing things up a bit by issuing some color refreshes for the E71. In comparing this to the N95, we mean users should get ready for things to get confusing. There’s no question the E71 is one of the sexiest and most desirable handsets to come out of Finland to date and as was the case with the uber-successful N95, Nokia looks to be going a bit overboard in terms of milking it for all it’s worth.
